I was desperate to find a gas engineer who knew about the Polypipe underfloor heating system and then up popped Liam on my Facebook page in response to a post of mine.Liam was superb. He knew what he was talking about and identified the problem and fixed it there and then. I had been without downstairs heating for 12 days and I was really impressed with Liam’s initial contact and he turned up the next day as promised and on time.I would highly recommend Ace Gas NW Ltd for brilliant, friendly and professional service.Thanks Liam!

Can’t thank Ace gas enough, Liam came out and has done an amazing job. I called for a quote for a gas fire removal and pipe cap, we were offered a great price so booked in. Liam arrived early, clean finish on the pipe, straight cuts on the wall, and even cleaned up after himself, made up with the service and highly recommend ace gas.

Having had unfortunate experiences with previous plumbers/gas engineers we were eager not to get it wrong this time when our kitchen ceiling suddenly sprung a leak & we feared it was coming from the bathroom radiator. We were recommended to use Ace Gas & after reading nothing but good in their reviews called them out. Gareth arrived as & when agreed to assess the problem, he was courteous, friendly & professional but could find no obvious cause of the leak immediately. Therefore we agreed to him returning (today) to attempt to locate the problem. He again arrived as & when agreed & set to work immediately removing the bathroom floorboards where he found no evidence of water for over an hour but still persisted until he worked out that the problem was actually originating in the loft & due to a previous plumber not having isolated one of the pipes. He then proceeded to rectify the leak, put back the floorboards & tidy & clean up. His attention to detail, determination to get to the bottom of the problem were second to none & work ethic were second to none. We would most certainly use & recommend highly Ace Gas, infact we have already booked them for our boiler & gas fire 12 monthly service. Used ACE for the first time for a commercial job having been let down elsewhere. Very professional booking process and came when they said they would. All the paperwork I needed (gas safety cert) came through very quickly. Would recommend and use in future.
