Called out as emergency. Arrived before 6pm as promised. Found fault and made it okay as had to return. Returned when they said, completed repair and even re-tiled the tiles he had to remove. Cleaned up after him and was pleasant and well mannered all the time. Ace Gas NW Ltd is a real find and I would certainly use them again.Christine L

They responded very quickly to the enquiry through their website and Liam was very informative with his follow up.They turned up when they advised, quickly found the issue ( noisy pipes - pipes were loose )and rectified it.The engineer was tidy, cleaned up all his mess as he went.Whilst here, he gave the boiler a once over and found the expansion vessel had gone so this has now been booked in for fitting.All round, a very good service for a very fair price.Working with contractors in my day job, it’s refreshing to see a company work so professionally

I'm a landlord, needed an urgent boiler repair in December. AceGas Were able to get out to the job the same day, diagnosed the issue and got the parts ordered next day delivery - came back and sorted it next day when the parts arrived. Excellent service, clear communication and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to use the guys.

Quick, efficient and reliable.

The Ace gas team came out and did some repairs to my boiler, a fast and efficient service very tidy would highly recommend and will be using them again should i have any issues in the future!! Thanks again
